iOS: If you've ever tried taking low light images taken with a phone or tablet, you know they usually feature tons of noise and grain. Cortex Camera solves this problem with a unique take on long-exposure photography.
Cortex Camera looks like any other photography app at first, but when you hit the shutter button, a progress bar asks you to hold the camera steady for about three seconds. This actually isn't a long exposure photograph, but rather a video capture that provides the app with over 100 frames to build a final image.
The results are somewhat inconsistent, and it might take a few tries and a steady hand to get it right, but when it works the image is significantly cleaner than a standard photo. The app is $2.99 and works only on the iPhone 4S, iPad 2, and new iPad.

Web/Android/iOS: Recently we created a 20 minute, randomly-generated exercise routine for people who are too busy to exercise. If you liked that, you're really going to like Sworkit. Just like ours, it generates random workouts that focus on various parts of the body (or all of it), but it'll work for any timeframe, from five minutes to one hour.
