Android 4.0 "Ice Cream Sandwich" was announced nearly seven months ago, but it still hasn't rolled out to most phones. HTC just published their most recent rollout plan, and it looks like the majority of their phones won't be getting it until the summer, if they get it at all. We're curious how many of you are running it on your phone already.
